Hot & Fast Masterclass! Christchurch 15th July

South Island Crew! You've asked, we've heard ya! We're hitting the road and coming to Christchurch! Join us for an epic day learning the ins & outs of Charcoal BBQ with our custom designed Cook Cartel Hot & Fast Masterclass.

Saturday 15th July 2023 from 10am til 4pm at BBQ's Direct, 32-36 Stanley Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023.

During this 6 hour class, we will cover a stack of proteins & multiple cuts of each including Beef, Lamb, Chicken & Pork as well as some specialty products from Black Origin Wagyu, Whitehart Kurobuta & Swift Ribs! Not only looking at the proteins but some awesome sides and condiments to up your BBQ game in both home and competition cooking.

We’ll be cooking on a wide range of Barbecues, from mini grills & kettles to the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco, Drums & pretty much anything else we can get our hands on. We'll start from the basics and go right through to some competition tips & tricks.

Spend the day in a relaxed environment, sink a few coldies and eat like a king (we’d recommend skipping breakfast). Your ticket includes all food (we'll eat everything we cook), some drinks & lots of good times. We're working on getting some merch down there, and will try to put together a raffle or a giveaway on the day, plus we might have a special guest or two popping in.
