Hot & Fast Masterclass! 27th May 2023

Join us for an epic day learning the ins & outs of Charcoal BBQ with our custom designed Cook Cartel Hot & Fast Masterclass on Saturday 27th May 2023. The class will be held in West Auckland at the Falcon Signs workshop from 10am til 4pm.

During this 6 hour class, we will cover a stack of proteins & multiple cuts of each including Beef, Lamb, Chicken & Pork as well as some specialty products from Black Origin Wagyu, Whitehart Kurobuta & Swift Ribs! Not only looking at the proteins but some awesome sides and condiments to up your BBQ game.

We’ll be cooking on a wide range of Barbecues, from mini grills & kettles to Bronco's, Octopit MultiQ's, Drums & More. We'll start from the basics and go right through to some competition tips & tricks.

You can purchase your spot with or without our hand selected Cartel goodie bag, worth over $140!

Spend the day in a relaxed environment, sink a few coldies and eat like a king (we’d recommend skipping breakfast). Your ticket includes all food, some drinks & lots of good times. If you're not driving and want to have a few extra, please feel free to B.Y.O as well.
